Should be able to write java 8 lambda expressions for sorting, mapping, filtering etc. Strong understanding of basic core java concepts - OOPs, SOLID principles, Java 8 features(Streams, Functional interface, Collection, Hashmap changes in java8), Multi-threading, Memory management. Spring module concepts spring-security, MVC, AOP, Spring Data JPA. Working knowledge in hibernate or any other ORM framework like Ibatis etc. Basic SQL Query writing - find 3rd highest salary or find subject wise average marks for all students etc. Worked in SQL and NOSQL Databases like Oracle, MySql, SqlServer, MongoDB, having concepts of scaling(horizontal/vertical), Query optimization, Spring Data JPA concepts, Distributed Transaction Management in Microservices environment. Should be regularly into development work.
