Java Developer


We are Hiring for an experienced Java Developer with strong backend development expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern Java frameworks, event-driven architecture, and containerized environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integration
  • Develop and manage event-driven systems using Kafka/JMS
  • Work with PostgreSQL for data storage, optimization, and performance tuning
  • Containerize applications using Docker and deploy via Kubernetes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitor and troubleshoot applications using observability tools


Must-Have Skills

  • Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
  • Experience with REST API development
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka (producers/consumers) or JMS
  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to observability and monitoring tools such as:
  • Grafana
  • Loki
  • Splunk
