Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Developer based in Bengaluru South. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications and software solutions. The role involves creating scalable back-end systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, debugging and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the performance and reliability of applications. You will contribute to the development lifecycle and keep up-to-date with the latest Java technologies to implement industry best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Java programming, object-oriented design, and software development principles Knowledge of Java frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and REST APIs Familiarity with database systems, including relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL Experience with debugging, testing, and code optimization Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Knowledge of version control tools like Git is a plus Prior experience in Agile development methodologies is beneficial
