Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with a strong background in Java and object-oriented programming, boasting at least 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at API development, particularly RESTful APIs, and have a comprehensive understanding of the Spring framework, including Spring MVC and Springboot. This role requires a commitment to secure coding practices and a proficiency in a variety of technical tools to enhance our backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure backend systems using Java and Springboot.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs seamlessly.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by adhering to coding best practices and conducting thorough testing with Junit and Cucumber.
• Collaborate with the agile team, participating actively in scrum events to plan and deliver project deliverables on time.
• Continuously improve and optimize the application for better performance, using tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, and SonarQube.

Must-Have Skills:

• Profound knowledge of Java, Springboot, and secure coding practices.
• Solid experience in API development and managing database interactions with Oracle and PLSQL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, and Docker.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in a tech-driven industry where secure, scalable backend solutions are crucial is preferred. Agile and Scrum experience is essential.
