Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for two experienced Senior Java Backend Developers with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and modern cloud-based application development. The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to Kafka, REST APIs, CI/CD, and backend performance optimization. Roles & Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot. Design and implement microservices architecture with high scalability and reliability. Build and integrate RESTful APIs for various business functionalities. Work with Kafka for messaging, event-driven architecture, and real-time data processing. Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and solution planning. Implement best practices for security, authentication, authorization, and data protection. Perform performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of backend components. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth application deployment using CI/CD pipelines. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot complex issues across development, testing, and production environments
