Tria Tech Network is looking for four high-caliber Senior Java Backend Developers who have successfully bridged the gap between robust enterprise engineering and modern AI implementation.

Unlike traditional backend roles, this position focuses on productionizing AI/ML models within Java ecosystems. You will be responsible for building the "brains" of our clients' next-generation platforms, utilizing LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) and cutting-edge frameworks like LangChain4j and Spring AI.

• AI Architecture: Design and develop scalable Java-based backend systems that integrate deeply with AI/ML capabilities.
• LLM Implementation: Build and optimize APIs that interact with Large Language Models, focusing on prompt engineering and efficient model serving.
• Productionizing AI: Collaborate with Data Scientists to transition experimental ML models into reliable, high-performance production services.
• System Health: Ensure the performance, scalability, and observability of AI-powered microservices.
• Innovation: Stay at the forefront of the Java-AI ecosystem (LangChain4j, Spring AI) to provide technical leadership on "best-fit" tools for specific business goals.

• The Java Core: 5–8 years of professional experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs).
• AI Integration: Proven track record of integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude) into production-grade applications.
• Framework Expertise: Hands-on experience with LangChain4j, Spring AI, or similar Java-based AI orchestration frameworks.
• Cloud & Data: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and a solid understanding of event-driven architectures.
• Engineering Excellence: Deep knowledge of TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and high-availability system design.

• Vector Databases: Experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations.
• Polyglot Skills: Basic knowledge of Python to better collaborate with ML Research teams.
