Java Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with a strong technical background in development and a comprehensive understanding of business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies and tools, and the ability to effectively communicate across teams to drive projects to completion.

• Provide technical expertise in development with 5-7 years of experience.
• Work extensively with the Spring Framework.
• Collaborate on requirement sharing and unblock stories.
• Answer questions on any stories in the board and provide possible ETA.
• Maintain thorough business and technical knowledge of what is deployed in production and review code properly.
• Adhere to coding standards while writing and reviewing code.
• Actively participate in grooming calls by providing suggestions.
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure project progress.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software development.

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Oracle, Jenkins GitLab, Kubernetes, and Cassandra/No SQL.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
• Familiarity with tools such as Splunk and Kibana.
• Knowledge of Angular/React js.

• Hands-on experience with Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
