Job Title: Java Backend Developer

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance backend systems and delivering robust solutions with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and robust backend applications with minimal defects
  
• Apply Object-Oriented Design principles and Java/Spring design patterns effectively
  
• Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) in the absence of dedicated QA support
  
• Design and develop microservices-based architectures
  
• Perform entity modeling and domain-driven design
  
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and integration layers
  
• Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and optimize application performance
  
• Debug and resolve issues, ensuring end-to-end feature delivery
  
• Work collaboratively in an Agile development environment
  

Mandatory Skills (Expert Level)

• Java (v1.8+)
  
• Spring Boot & Spring Framework (v4+)

Desired Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
  
• Experience in Database Design (at least one SQL & one NoSQL database)

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Git/Mercurial

• Experience with Apache POI, docx4j or similar libraries for document processing
  
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  
• Experience in image processing and embedding into documents
  
• Understanding of XML and Office Open XML (OOXML)
