ITOM Agent Client Collector (ACC) SME Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Delhi NCR. Experience: 3-7 years Immediate Joiners Preferred. Responsibilities: ? Update sets knowledge/management. ? dashboard creation/management. ? policy creation/management. ? check definition/instance creation/management. ? MID Server installation/management. ? Agent Client collector installation/management. ? event/alert management rule creation/management. ? Overall. ITOM troubleshooting capabilities. ? Good experience of scripting experience ? Should have great communication skills ? Open to Rotational shift with weekend on-call. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications / Skills ? Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred qualifications / Skills Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude.
