ITAM - Hardware Asset Management / CMDB

Location: Hyderabad

Primary Skill: ITAM – Hardware Asset Management / CMDB 

Experience: 4–6 years Role & Responsibilities

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure (Server, Business applications) and end-user computing devices (Laptop, Desktop, Printers and Mobile)
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow Hardware Asset management (HAM) module and best practices
• CMDB and discovery tool integration, ensuring accurate asset data, service mapping and configuration item (CI) consistency across infrastructure
• Knowledge in ServiceNow reports and CMDB health dashboards
• Strong understanding in ServiceNow workflows and automation for asset management
• Hardware inventory analytics and reporting using dashboards and trend analysis to drive optimization, reduce losses and support refresh planning
• Ability to support SLA/KPI reporting for Incident & Change Process & Tools
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SCCM)
