Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Technician role based in Bengaluru. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems. Additional responsibilities include assisting users with IT-related concerns, training staff on new technologies, and maintaining the overall functionality of the IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and maintaining IT systems.
• Expertise in Information Technology, including knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to assist users and address their IT-related concerns effectively.
• Ability to provide training to team members on new and existing technology platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in a similar role or relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) is a plus.
