We are seeking a highly skilled and talented IT Technical Architect - AMF with expertise in Mainframe – NATURAL/ADABAS to design, build, and evolve technical platforms that support business applications. The Technical Architect will ensure the coherence, operational effectiveness, and

alignment of IT systems with business strategies.

This role requires a deep understanding of technical architecture, system performance optimization, and emerging technologies. The Technical Architect will collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical roadmaps, validate project-specific architectures, and provide

high-level technical support.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical architecture, with a focus on Mainframe – NATURAL/ADABAS.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, Build, and Evolve Technical Platforms

• Select and implement appropriate technology platforms for business applications, including development environments, data exchange platforms, databases, and networks. Ensure technical architectures evolve in line with market trends and innovations. Document and maintain the catalog of standards and norms within the technical perimeter. Contribute to the training plan for technical teams and provide high-level technical support.
  
  

Design and Validate Project-Specific Technical Architecture

• Validate technical architectures against internal standards and business strategies. Recommend and commit to technical solutions that meet required service levels. Ensure interoperability of new solutions with the existing environment. Maintain consistency across hardware, application, OS, and network layers. Write technical specifications, test plans, and associated documentation. Provide technical support during development, testing, and deployment phases.
  
  

Define the Technical Roadmap

• Define a technical evolution strategy for platforms in line with market trends. Integrate this strategy into an annual technical roadmap.
  
  

Analyze and Optimize System Performance

• Monitor the performance of technical components and platforms. Conduct diagnostics and improvement studies to address system bottlenecks and optimize response times.
  
  

Conduct Technology Watch

• Stay current with trends and innovations in technical architecture. Analyze the impact of new technologies or products on the company’s IT ecosystem.
• Collaborate with application leads to understand business needs and constraints. Conduct market studies when relevant.
  
  

Evaluate Effort and Contribute to Planning

• Participate in request for proposal processes and perform technical effort estimates.
