IT System Support Senior Engineer

stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of IT System Support Senior Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining the stc IT system. This includes collecting and analyzing customer data, identifying trends and patterns, ensuring data integrity and making recommendations for improving the effectiveness of stc systems.

Roles And Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Review and maintain IT system transactions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Ensure IT systems are consistent and user-friendly for staff and managers across all access channels.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and staff training needs to enhance system performance.
• Manage customer interactions, including handling enquiries, complaints, and processing orders.
• Analyze complaint trends and data to recommend improvements and ensure IT system availability and integrity.
  
  

Qualifications - External

To qualify for this role, you must meet the below minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 Years of Relevant Experience
