Role Overview The India-based IT Support & Security Engineer will provide technical support for local and regional users, manage IT systems, and assist in security operations. You?ll handle daily support tasks and play an active role in implementing security initiatives alongside the global IT Security team. What You?ll Do Provide Tier 2/3 IT support for users in India and the broader INSEA region. Manage macOS devices in Jamf Pro and ensure compliance and patching. Support Google Workspace and SSO/MFA administration (OneLogin or similar). Handle local hardware logistics and vendor coordination. Assist with security operations, such as: Endpoint monitoring and alerts. Phishing response and triage. Basic vulnerability tracking and coordination with the global security team. Maintain asset and access documentation for audit readiness. Participate in automation, onboarding/offboarding, and other IT improvement projects. Qualifications Who You Are 4+ years in IT Support or Systems Administration. Experience with Jamf Pro and macOS management. Familiarity with Google Workspace and identity systems (SSO/MFA). Strong understanding of IT security fundamentals (endpoint, email, MFA, least privilege). Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills. (Preferred) Experience with security tools (e.g., Rapid7, CrowdStrike, SOAR, or similar). Nice to Have Scripting or automation skills (Python).
