About the Role

Pocketly is looking for an IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide seamless technical support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Linux, macOS, networking, VPN configuration, and IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, applications, peripherals, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and macOS systems.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VPN access for remote and hybrid employees.
• Monitor and support Asterisk/VoIP calling systems, including SIP configuration and troubleshooting.
• Manage phone number pools, call routing, and calling configurations.
• Perform daily health checks on SIP services, internet connectivity, and automated calling systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, backups, external storage devices, and software records.
• Monitor system logs and proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Support basic cybersecurity practices and internal IT operational workflows.
• Coordinate IT support requirements across multiple office locations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, macOS, and VPN configuration.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with Asterisk, VoIP, or SIP is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools, asset management, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
