This is an on-site role based in Rajkot. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, upgrading IT infrastructure, managing data security, and providing exceptional support to end-users. The role requires effective collaboration with other teams to identify and implement solutions to technical challenges, ensuring seamless IT operations. Qualifications Technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting, network setup, and server maintenance Proficiency in data security, server management, and resolving infrastructure-related challenges Knowledge of CRM systems, Sales Force Automation, and IT project implementation Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and excellent customer support skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus
