Analyst – IT Infrastructure - 3+years - Kochi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst – IT Infrastructure to join our IT & Systems team at DBiz AI Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will manage and support End-User Computing devices, Office 365 administration (including Intune and Entra ID), network and firewall maintenance, IT asset management, and compliance-related documentation. The role involves troubleshooting, ensuring system security, maintaining SOC/ISO-related documentation, and collaborating with teams to maintain smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support laptops, desktops, and other End-User Computing devices.
• Administer Office 365, including Intune and Entra ID.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely IT support.
• Maintain network infrastructure and firewall configurations.
• Manage IT assets and inventory, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain SOC and ISO compliance-related documentation and take necessary responsibility for adherence.
• Manage and maintain CCTV systems and biometric attendance devices.
• Implement IT security best practices and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in IT systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of End-User Computing support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Office 365, Intune, and Entra ID administration.
• Understanding of network and firewall maintenance.
• Experience in managing CCTV and biometric attendance devices.
• Familiarity with SOC/ISO compliance documentation is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
