Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Administer and maintain servers, databases, and applications to ensure their availability, security, and performance.
Monitor and maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications.
Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard data, systems, and networks.
Assist in the management of user access controls and data security protocols.
Manage data backup procedures and test disaster recovery plans. Ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
Create user guides and documentation for common technical issues.
Conduct regular security audits and system backups.
Recommend and implement upgrades to enhance IT infrastructure and processes.
Schedule periodic maintenance for hardware and software
Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their technical skills and awareness. Provide guidance on best practices for using IT resources.
Handle enrollment of employees in the biometrics system.
Create official company email for newly on boarded employees.
Attends to other related concerns and performs other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 3 years in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and other common business applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
