- Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in technical tools and environments relevant to the courses.
- Effective problem-solving and technical support skills.
- Collaboration and communication abilities.
- Commitment to ensuring smooth technical experiences for learners.
