About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Solution Expert specializing in SAP PP/MM to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions that support manufacturing and supply chain operations within a regulated environment. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to translate business needs into robust SAP functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and compliance with regulatory standards such as GxP and GMP. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading SAP PP/MM initiatives, managing system enhancements, and supporting global stakeholders to drive operational excellence. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive background in SAP PP and MM modules, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and business applications within manufacturing environments. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is advantageous. Certification in SAP PP is essential, demonstrating your expertise in production planning and material management. Proven experience in integrating SAP with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and proficiency with SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, APIs, and middleware are crucial. You should have a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, particularly within GMP/GxP environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are necessary to succeed in a global, dynamic setting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams are also important.

Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Solution Expert – SAP PP/MM, your responsibilities will include partnering with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to gather and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. You will lead SAP PP/MM projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with scope, budget, and regulatory standards. Your role will involve configuring and customizing SAP modules, including production planning, inventory management, and goods movement, to meet operational needs. You will drive SAP–MES integration initiatives, ensuring accurate and seamless data flow, monitoring system performance, and resolving issues proactively. Facilitating workshops and collaborating with global stakeholders will be essential to define optimal solutions and ensure alignment across functions. You will support testing phases such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and integration testing, ensuring compliance with CSV and audit requirements. Additionally, you will provide Level 3 support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvements to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
