IT Sales Tele caller

We are looking for a result-oriented IT Sales Telecaller to connect with potential clients and promote our services, including website development, mobile applications, and digital marketing solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into business opportunities.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
• Explain company services (Website Development, App Development, Digital Marketing)
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
• Update lead status and maintain records

• Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in IT sales or telecalling
• Fluent in English & Hindi
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of IT services and digital solutions
• Ability to achieve targets and work in a team
