Job Description: IT Sales Manager / Senior IT Sales

Role Summary

An experienced IT Sales professional with 7+ years of proven success in driving revenue growth through solution selling, enterprise account management, and strategic partnerships. Strong expertise in selling IT products and services such as software, hardware, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services to enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end IT sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, solution positioning, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise, PSU, BFSI, and government customers
  • Understand customer business requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions aligned with their goals
  • Manage key accounts and ensure long-term customer retention and upselling
  • Prepare RFP/RFQ responses, techno-commercial proposals, and pricing strategies
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and margin objectives
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM tools
  • Identify new market opportunities, OEM alliances, and channel partnerships
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts with technical teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
