Job Title – Junior IT Recruiter

Experience: 6 months-2 yrs

Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment and a passion for identifying and engaging top technical talent. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in end-to-end IT hiring while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies.
• Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining engagement activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases accurately.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Meet assigned hiring targets and timelines with quality submissions.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech degree (Mandatory).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Basic understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle and technical hiring.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Business Analysis, or Full Stack Development etc.
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies.
• Good organizational, time management, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the Talent Acquisition domain.
