IT Project Manager-Spanish Speaking

Infotel UK is seeking a proficient and dynamic IT Project Manager who is fluent in Spanish to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and oversee IT projects, ensuring their alignment with client needs while facilitating effective communication with Spanish-speaking stakeholders. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of critical IT initiatives across various sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in both English and Spanish to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams and clients, including Spanish-speaking stakeholders Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in an international or multicultural environment Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams towards project goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software tools and techniques PMP or similar project management certification preferred Benefits What we offer Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) The Work Environment is stimulating, creative, open, informal and it is based on teamwork, mutual trust and fairness for all.
