IT Project Manager

Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a position located in Cincinnati, OH

Responsibilities

• Support the development and rollout of PMO processes and governance
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across IT and business functions
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and critical paths
• Serve as a go-to resource for project methodology and best practices
• Track and report on project status, progress, and metrics
• Partner directly with leadership to drive execution and priorities
• Utilize tools such as Smartsheet (or similar platforms) for tracking and reporting

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate with limited structure and adapt quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to both IT and operational/business projects
• Familiarity with PMO frameworks or PMBOK concepts (PMP not required)
