Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and support of supply chain technology solutions across planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and translate them into technology roadmaps and solution designs.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process automation, analytics, and digital transformation.
- Oversee system integration between ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, planning, and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure system availability, performance, security, compliance, and adherence to IT governance standards.
- Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
- Manage external vendors, implementation partners, and service providers, ensuring delivery against agreed service levels.
- Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions for critical business applications.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, service metrics, and project performance to ensure business value realization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- 812 years of experience in IT, with significant experience supporting Supply Chain or Manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience managing enterprise applications such as SAP (S/4HANA, ECC), Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.
- Experience with Supply Chain systems including WMS, TMS, MES, APS, EDI, and integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes including demand planning, procurement, production, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing global stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent project and program management capabilities.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, system integrations, and data analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives, Industry 4.0, IoT, AI/ML, RPA, or advanced analytics.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, SAP, Scrum Master, or relevant cloud certifications.
- Experience working in multinational manufacturing or consumer goods organizations.
