About the Role

Equicom Technologies is hiring an IT Infrastructure & Security Administrator to manage and secure the company’s internal IT environment for our next-generation crypto trading platform, CRPKO.

This role is focused on enterprise IT operations, endpoint security, identity and access management, employee device governance, and internal infrastructure stability across a hybrid workforce environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android devices, along with centralized identity/access systems, security enforcement, onboarding/offboarding processes, and corporate SaaS administration.

This is a high-trust role within a security-sensitive fintech/crypto environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity & Access Management

• Manage employee accounts, roles, permissions, and access lifecycle
• Administer Zoho One and related enterprise SaaS platforms
• Enforce MFA, password policies, RBAC, and access governance
• Handle employee onboarding, role changes, and secure offboarding
• Conduct periodic access reviews and audit checks

Endpoint & Device Security

• Provision and manage company laptops and mobile devices
• Support MacBook, Windows, iPhone, Android, and hybrid device environments
• Maintain endpoint protection, encryption, and compliance standards
• Configure remote wipe, lock, recovery, and security enforcement policies
• Monitor unauthorized software, risky configurations, and shadow IT usage

Corporate IT Administration

• Maintain company-wide IT asset inventory and device tracking
• Manage VPN access, WiFi/network access, and internal IT policies
• Troubleshoot employee IT/security issues efficiently
• Coordinate with vendors and SaaS providers for enterprise tooling
• Support office IT infrastructure and operational continuity

Security Operations

• Investigate suspicious login/activity patterns
• Help strengthen internal security posture and operational controls
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and IT processes
• Assist with security awareness initiatives and phishing prevention
• Support incident response coordination when required

Infrastructure Support

• Provide basic Linux/server administration support where required
• Assist engineering/security teams with secure access management
• Support internal tooling, authentication flows, and operational reliability

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in IT Administration, Infrastructure, or Corporate Security Operations
• Strong experience with:
• Zoho One administration
• Endpoint/device management
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• MFA enforcement and access governance
• Corporate IT operations
• Hands-on experience managing:
• MacBooks
• Windows laptops/desktops
• iOS devices
• Android devices
• Good understanding of:
• VPNs
• Device security
• Endpoint protection
• Email/domain security
• Access control principles
• Experience working in hybrid workforce environments
• Strong troubleshooting and ownership mindset
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

Good to Have

• Experience in fintech, banking, cybersecurity, or crypto environments
• Familiarity with LDAP, SSO, RBAC, or Zero Trust concepts
• Exposure to SIEM/security monitoring tools
• Knowledge of compliance/security best practices
• Basic Linux administration knowledge
• Experience handling audit/compliance processes
