IT HR OPERATION (HRMS/HRIS)

About The Opportunity

A fast-evolving HR technology consultancy operating across India, we empower mid-market and enterprise clients to digitize, streamline, and scale their human capital operations through intelligent HRMS/HRIS solutions. We partner with organizations to implement, optimize, and govern cloud-based HR platforms—transforming manual processes into automated, data-driven workforce ecosystems that boost compliance, employee experience, and operational agility.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HRMS/HRIS implementation, configuration, and system upgrades across hybrid work environments.
• Own data integrity, user access controls, system integrations, and workflow automation within core HR platforms.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to translate policy and process changes into system configurations and reporting dashboards.
• Provide tier-2/3 technical support to HR users and resolve system-related queries, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Design and deliver HR system training modules for administrators and end-users across multiple departments.
• Lead HR data audits, generate compliance reports, and ensure alignment with local labor law and internal governance standards.
