Job Description

• Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• The complete configuration of the IT system and software within the hotel.
• Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
• Proven experience in project management and implementing IT solutions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
