We are hiring an IT Executive for a CA Firm located in Wagle Estate, Thane.

Position: IT Executive

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Experience: 2–3 Years (Relevant IT Experience)

Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / related IT field

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Handling server-related issues and maintenance
  • Managing internet and network connectivity
  • Software installation, configuration, and updates
  • Managing cloud systems and data backup
  • Handling biometric access systems
  • Managing DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) setup and issues
  • Ensuring smooth functioning of overall IT infrastructure

Skills Required

  • Strong troubleshooting ability
  • Knowledge of server management, networking, and cloud backup
  • Experience handling DSC and biometric devices
  • Ability to resolve IT issues efficiently
