We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project & Program Manager to drive the successful delivery and evolution of healthcare software products.
This Role Requires
- Strong technical depth
- Program-level ownership
- Innovation leadership
- Manage complex multi-stream programs
- Identify innovation opportunities in technology, AI, architecture, and healthcare workflows
- Develop scalable, differentiated products
🧩 Program & Project Management
- Manage large cross-functional programs across multiple teams and releases
- Define program roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and success metrics
- Align product strategy with engineering and business goals
- Govern delivery across Agile teams (scope, quality, cost, timeline)
- Manage risks, dependencies, technical debt, and escalations
- Improve delivery frameworks, governance models, and metrics
- Act as a technical advisor to engineering and product teams
- Guide system design, architecture, and technology decisions
- Provide leadership across:
- Full-stack development
- Microservices & API-driven architecture
- Cloud-native platforms
- AI-enabled systems
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready
