Job Description

Noida, Head Office

Client Interaction and gathering Client Requirements.
Detailed Project Flow Analysis and Wireframe Designing using Axure/Figma/similar.
Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the BD Executive/Mgr
Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements,
Assess customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommend optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture.
Share with sales team assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned market areas.
Provide coaching and professional development to company’s members
Opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities within customer firms, ensures these opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team.
Monitor R&D/ customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
Provide training to customers when needed.
If required, act as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer’s expectation and initial proposals
Follow and share market technological needs and evolution with Managers.
Experience : 2- 4 Years
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree
