PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Technical Skills Required: Minimum 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience Salesforce Platform Developer Certification(s) Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture components - Sales, Service, Marketing, OMS, CPQ clouds Data modelling skills Advanced skills in Salesforce application including configuration, apex classes, platform events, flows, triggers, process builders, workflows, visual force, lightning web components, aura components, lightning experience, apex coding, batch processes, and database design Experience with designing and implementing custom applications on Force.com platform Experience with integrations to external systems using a middleware solution like Mulesoft Bachelor?s Degree in a Mathematical, Computer Science or Engineering focus Other Skills Required: Communication & Leadership skills Excellent listening, communication, facilitation and presentation soft skills Ability to define and communicate the ?big picture? in terms of the solution (both functional and technical components) and break it down into smaller manageable work units Strong interpersonal, consultative, consensus builder, and issue resolution skills Experience working in and leading a team-oriented, collaborative environment - and fostering the culture of technical collaboration Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language and to interface on business and technical concepts Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to lead multiple strategic initiatives under time and resource constraints, as well as the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
