Job Title: IT Admin
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT Administration department as an IT Admin. The ideal candidate should have at least 0.6 years of experience in IT Administration and possess excellent problem-solving skills. As an IT Admin, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

As an IT Admin, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity and security of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and software.
- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT administration and propose improvements to enhance system performance.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for reference purposes.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.
- Minimum 0.6 years of experience in IT Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
