Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance native iOS applications using Swift for customer-facing fintech products serving a large consumer base.
• Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable mobile components while delivering polished user experiences aligned with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, QA, DevOps, and business teams to translate product requirements into reliable production features.
• Integrate iOS applications with RESTful APIs while implementing secure authentication, networking, offline capabilities, data persistence, and performance optimization.
• Improve application quality through code reviews, debugging, testing, CI/CD pipelines, release automation, monitoring, crash analysis, and engineering best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of professional experience developing and shipping native iOS applications using Swift in product-based companies.
• Strong understanding of UIKit, iOS architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture), asynchronous programming, networking, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs, implementing secure mobile applications, and building scalable production-ready mobile features.
• Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release management, analytics, crash reporting, and agile development practices.
• Fintech, consumer internet, or high-scale B2C product experience is preferred. Exposure to SwiftUI, modular architecture, AI-assisted development, and modern engineering practices is an added advantage.
