Your role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce professional to lead and deliver end-to-end Salesforce implementations. You will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business goals. In this role, you will play a key role in: Leading, designing, and implementing 3 to 4 Salesforce projects, including digital transformation initiatives. Developing high-quality, scalable, and customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Contributing to the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. Identifying opportunities for application optimization, redesign, and innovation. Staying current with new Salesforce features and recommending process improvements. Working effectively in a multi-vendor environment and adapting to evolving project needs.
