Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deliver production-grade iOS features using Swift and modern iOS frameworks while ensuring maintainability and testability.
- Implement UI using UIKit and SwiftUI, translating designs into pixel-perfect, accessible screens with smooth animations and responsive layouts.
- Integrate secure, scalable back-end services via REST APIs, handle data persistence (e.g., Core Data), and manage synchronization and caching strategies.
- Write and maintain automated unit and UI tests (XCTest), participate in code reviews, and uphold high code-quality standards and CI/CD practices.
- Profile and optimise app performance and memory usage using Instruments; debug complex issues across devices and OS versions.
- Manage App Store releases, handle provisioning/profiles, and collaborate with product and QA teams to drive timely, high-quality releases.
- 3+ years of experience in iOS development.
- Strong knowledge of Swift and/or Objective-C.
- Experience with UIKit and SwiftUI.
- Understanding of MVC, MVVM, or VIPER architecture patterns.
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON parsing.
- Knowledge of Auto Layout, Storyboards, and programmatic UI.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience with debugging and performance optimization.
- Experience in aviation industry is a plus
