Invoice and Cost Control Engineer

The role is for a Saudi Aramco project as part of the LTA program. The candidate will have to:

Be fully responsible for Invoicing including preparing invoicing plans, create new invoices, submit and get approval, maintain records of invoices raised, payments released etc

Cost controls: Monitor costs incurred on the project, maintain work breakdown structure (WBS) and review costs incurred vs estimate for each element of the WBS

Prepare cash flows, monitor all inflows and outflows and plan working capital to ensure positive cash flows

Assist in preparing and submitting periodic Project progress reports. These could be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Preparation of other reports and presentations. This could be for cost reviews or review meetings with the Client. Other reports would include Saudization and IKTVA (In-Kingdom total value add) reports

Assist in preparing commercial impact of change orders
