We are hiring an Investment Banking Modeling Analyst on behalf of one of our clients building advanced AI-driven financial decision systems.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong transaction experience who want to apply their deal expertise to structured finance and AI initiatives. You will transform real-world investment banking workflows into high-quality deliverables that power next-generation financial analysis systems.

Job Summary

As an Investment Banking Modeling Analyst, you will leverage live deal experience to build, review, and structure institutional-grade financial materials.

Your work will directly contribute to training and refining AI systems designed to operate at professional investment banking standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert complex M&A and investment banking processes into structured, knowledge-rich outputs
• Build, review, and annotate high-quality financial models, including:
• Integrated 3-statement models
• Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models
• Leveraged Buyout (LBO) models
• M&A transaction models
• Create and refine investor-grade materials such as investment committee memos, CIM sections, and diligence reports
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated financial analyses for accuracy, structure, and clarity
• Structure datasets and modeling frameworks to train finance-focused AI systems
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to accurately capture real-world deal dynamics
• Maintain exceptional standards of written and verbal communication across all deliverables

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–7+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate Development
• Direct transaction experience including live deal execution and due diligence
• Advanced financial modeling expertise (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, LBO)
• Ability to produce clean, investor-ready models and documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Highly organized and comfortable working independently in remote, asynchronous environments
• Authorized to work in the US, UK, or Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Infrastructure, Project Finance, Credit, Distressed, or Special Situations transactions
• Exposure to finance-technology initiatives or AI-driven financial tools
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally on innovative or early-stage projects
