Investment Analyst – Real Assets (Bangalore)

I’m building a new investment platform focused on real assets – infrastructure, real estate and related opportunities – with over ₹500 cr of strong sponsor capital already committed. This is a small, high‑energy team where you work directly with the founder on core investing, not a support role.

We invest flexibly across listed markets, platforms and SPVs/asset-level deals. You will be in the room for real decisions, working from first principles, building models, writing IC memos, and engaging directly with management teams and partners.

What you will do

• Work directly with the founder to evaluate and execute investments across infra, real estate and other real assets
• Build clean, robust financial models from scratch and maintain deal/portfolio files
• Draft sharp IC memos and presentations that translate analysis into clear views and recommendations
• Run workstreams on deals – coordinating diligence, managing asks, and engaging with management teams, bankers and advisors
• Track sectors, structures and transactions to help shape our investment roadmap

Who this is for

• 4+ years’ experience in private equity or investment banking (buy‑side / deals focus). Prior real assets/ real estate knowledge is not essential
• Outstanding financial modelling and valuation skills; high comfort in Excel and PPT
• Strong IC memo / deck writing skills and the ability to argue a point of view with clarity
• High energy, ownership mindset, and comfort working in a lean, entrepreneurial setup
• Strong people skills – mature, credible, and able to build relationships with founders and CXOs
