*About the Role*

We are setting up a family office to manage a diversified portfolio across public markets, private equity, real estate, and alternatives. Seeking a motivated Investment Analyst to support investment evaluation, portfolio reporting, and coordination with external managers and advisors.

*Key Responsibilities*

• *Portfolio Support*: Track performance across asset classes, assist in asset allocation reviews, and prepare dashboards/reports for the Principal.
• *Research & Due Diligence*: Analyze markets, sectors, funds, and investment products. Support due diligence for new investments in funds, startups, and real estate.
• *Liaison & Coordination*: Act as point of contact with wealth managers, private banks, fund managers. Handle documentation, KYC, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
• *Operations*: Maintain investment records, mandates, compliance docs. Monitor cash flows, capital calls, distributions. Assist tax/audit prep with accountants.
  
  

*Qualifications & Skills*

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Economics/Business. CFA L1/L2 or MBA Finance preferred.
• 2–3 years in investment research, private banking, wealth or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of equities, mutual funds, AIFs, PMS, debt, private equity.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and proficiency in Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, handles confidential data with discretion.
