Manage opening, mid, and closing shifts to ensure smooth Restaurant Operations. Lead, train, and supervise a team of 5?6 staff members. Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and reporting. Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain financial discipline. Maintain and update daily checklists in line with company standards. Interact with customers, take orders, and resolve service concerns. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
