Inventory Liquidation Specialist – Appliances

Karo Sambhav is looking for a sharp, hands-on Inventory Liquidation Specialist to unlock value from working, repairable and resale-worthy appliances collected through multiple take-back channels. This is a crucial role in building Karo Sambhav’s reuse and value-recovery engine.

The role will focus on refrigerators, washing machines, TVs and other consumer durables — ensuring each product is routed to the best possible circular outcome: reuse, repair, refurbishment, component recovery or recycling.

What you will do:

• Build buyer networks across refurbishers, repair shops, second-hand dealers, bulk buyers and component buyers.
• Maximise liquidation value while reducing inventory ageing and warehouse blockage.
• Assess and grade appliances as working, repairable, parts-worthy or recyclable.
• Coordinate with repair partners to evaluate repair cost, turnaround time and resale value.
• Ensure clean documentation, invoicing, payment tracking and traceability.

Who are we looking for:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration preferred.
• Ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in used appliance trading, refurbishment, repair networks, reverse logistics, e-commerce returns or asset liquidation.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial judgement.
• Practical understanding of resale value across fridges, washing machines, TVs and appliance components.
• Comfort working with warehouses, field markets, traders, logistics teams and buyers.
• High integrity and strong control orientation.
