Company: Remote Vans
Location: 800 E Ross Ave, Cincinnati, OH 4521
On-site: On-site
Experience Required: Min 3 Years (full-time work experience)
About the Role:
You’ll be joining one of the most respected, high-caliber RV engineering teams in the industry; working alongside exceptionally talented professionals who are shaping the future of adventure-vehicle design and innovation.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-driven Inventory Controller to join our production team on-site in Cincinnati. This is a hands-on, floor-level role at the center of our manufacturing operation. You will own the accuracy and integrity of our inventory from the moment a delivery arrives to the moment parts reach the production floor — and everything in between.
This role is critical. When parts are wrong, missing, or below standard, builds stall and quality suffers. You are the person who prevents that.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and Check-In
- Receive and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders
- Inspect incoming parts for quality and conformance to spec
- Log all received items accurately into NetSuite
- Flag and document any discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues immediately
Parts Issuance
- Pull and issue parts to the production floor against active work orders
- Ensure the right part, right quantity, and right quality reaches the right job at the right time
- Maintain accurate issuance records in NetSuite
Outbound Shipping
- Verify quantities and contents on all outbound shipments before dispatch
- Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete
Stock Management
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory positions in NetSuite
- Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full stock takes
- Identify and investigate variances between system records and physical stock
Requirements
- NetSuite experience — required
- 2+ years in inventory, receiving, or warehouse management
- Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or custom build environment strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail — quality inspection is a core function of this role
- Organized, process-driven, and consistent under the daily demands of a production environment
- Clear communicator who documents accurately and flags issues early
- Must be available to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH — this role cannot be performed remotely
What do we offer:
- Professional & fun work environment
- A competitive pay plan and industry-leading benefits
- Strong leadership support
- Team oriented, positive environment
- Medical benefits 100% paid for by company for employee
- Paid Holidays & PTO
