Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods at multiple warehouses
• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
• Directing, optimising, and coordinating full order cycle
• Liaising and negotiating with customers, transporters and other parties
• Working responsibly for the overallsupply chain management
• Acting as a liaison between the client and onsite warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
• Providing timely support and solutions to client queries and requests
• Coordinating daily activities and updates with internal teams and stakeholders
• Assisting in the documentation and reporting related to warehousing functions
• Maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism in all interactions
