We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Inventory Manager to lead inventory control and warehouse accounting operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate stock management, financial discipline, and seamless coordination across procurement and production.

• Manage end-to-end inventory operations including stock tracking, inward/outward entries, and physical verification
• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across ERP and accounting systems
• Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory, procurement, and warehouse expenses
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and resolve discrepancies proactively
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability
• Oversee warehouse accounting, including vendor invoicing and expense tracking
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to reduce carrying costs and avoid stockouts
• Strengthen processes for better control, accuracy, and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in inventory and accounts (manufacturing/warehouse preferred)
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse workflows
• Strong working knowledge of Tally (Tally Prime preferred) and ERP systems (mandatory)
• Knowledge of GST compliance, invoicing, and reconciliations
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
