HCLTech is seeking an experienced IoT Architect with strong expertise in MQTT platforms, IoT integrations, cloud technologies, and event-driven architectures.

Key Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) broker and cluster concepts.
In-depth understanding of MQTT v3 and v5 protocols.
Hands-on experience with MQTT platforms such as EMQX, HiveMQ, VerneMQ, or similar.
Experience designing and implementing IoT-based integration solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration and messaging concepts.
Good knowledge of networking concepts and architecture.
Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with event streaming platforms such as Kafka, Azure Event Hub, etc.
Understanding of cloud technologies and architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.
Ability to translate high-level architectural concepts into practical implementation designs.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including business teams, solution architects, and enterprise architects.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working in Agile environments with Sprint planning and DevOps practices.
Self-driven professional who takes complete responsibility for deliverables and actively supports team members.
