Role Description This is a Freelance, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Internet of Things Engineer. The IoT Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of IoT solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include programming, working with IoT devices, and integrating hardware into software systems. Additionally, the role may involve troubleshooting and optimizing IoT systems for performance and security. Qualifications Design, prototype, and assemble IoT devices with appropriate sensors, microcontrollers, and connectivity modules. Develop, test, and optimize firmware for embedded systems (e.g., ESP32, Arduino, STM32). Implement cloud connectivity using protocols like MQTT, HTTP, or GSM to enable seamless device-to-cloud communication. Build and manage cloud-based IoT applications, dashboards, and data pipelines for real-time monitoring and analytics. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of IoT architectures, including encryption and authentication mechanisms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IoT solutions with project goals and client requirements. Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and support deployment in real-world environments. Must be located in commutable distance to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Must have 1-3 years of experience in desiging scalable and secure IoT solutions. Good knowledge of IoT Components. Experience is PCB Design.
