Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Consultant role based in New Delhi. The Telesales Consultant will handle inbound and outbound calls to explain Karma Ayurveda’s treatments and wellness services, respond to inquiries, and guide prospective patients through the consultation process. This role involves generating and qualifying leads, following up on patient queries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. The consultant will work closely with the medical and customer service teams to ensure a smooth experience for callers, schedule appointments, and support conversion of leads into patients. Daily responsibilities also include meeting sales and call targets, participating in training sessions, and providing feedback to improve scripts and patient communication.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Consulting skills for converting inquiries into confirmed consultations and services.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle patient calls with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply guidance from coaching sessions.
  • Previous experience in telesales, call centers, healthcare, or wellness services is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, meet performance targets, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools; comfort with documenting call details accurately.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an added benefit.
