International Taxation

We are looking for a Finance Foreign Tax – AM/Manager to join our Finance – Tax team. The role focuses on international tax compliance, overseas tax regulations, and advisory support for cross-border projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely tax compliance for Indian entities operating in overseas countries, including regulatory requirements and statutory audits.
• Analyse international tax laws, indirect tax, and regulatory requirements impacting overseas engagements.
• Prepare tax position papers and tax guidelines (SoPs) for various countries.
• Advise business teams on international tax implications of overseas contracts and transactions.
• Evaluate tax treaty impacts, GST, withholding tax, and foreign exchange regulations.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and internal stakeholders on overseas tax matters.
• Monitor tax compliance processes, documentation, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Support initiatives to improve tax efficiency and minimise tax leakage.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. (Mandatory)
• 4+ years of post qualification experience in international taxation or cross-border tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, DTAA, and overseas tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
